Experience Before Working with Adepto Digital

How did you solve the problem before working with Adepto Digital?

Prior to working with Adepto Digital, we were working with a Hubspot partner agency from the United States. We decided to move away from them, as there were many mistakes on the website, it was difficult to maintain it once we needed to make edits or publish new pages. Also, the pricing of their support and their lack of responsiveness, so our in-house marketing team needed to solve errors alone. This made us think that we need to find someone new to help with our Hubspot website maintenance.

Summarize three points of frustration you faced.

We love to use Hubspot for Marketing and Sales. We know that it’s been designed to be easy-to-use for marketers. Nevertheless, previously, our website wasn’t designed in that matter. Creating a new page would take quite some time, fixing errors would take even longer. Our website looked messy previously, as the design wasn’t on point either.

We needed a website that was looking good, easy to maintain, and SEO optimized.

What was the big a-ha moment when you decided you needed to hire someone to solve the problem?

We got a quote for a small error fix and it wasn’t cheap. (This is also something that Adepto Digital fixed extremely quickly later on!)

What were the top reasons you chose Adepto Digital?

It was really difficult to find a Hubspot partner from Finland. We wanted to find a partner from Finland instead of the US. While we’ve gone through discussions with many agencies, we weren’t sure that we have found the one we wanted to work with and that was completely aligned with the way we wanted to move forward in terms of development and changes.

The first meeting with Adepto Digital went so well that we were sure that we would like to move forward with the website redesign project. We felt like Adepto Digital is a partner we can trust and rely on for the long-term. We wanted to work with someone that we can reach out to any time if we have an issue and get help with.

How easy or difficult was it to get started with Adepto Digital?

It was super easy to start working with Adepto Digital! The best thing was when before we even signed the contract, Adepto Digital already fixed a couple of funky errors on our website. That was certainly a moment when we knew that we chose the right partner and we couldn’t be any happier.

How is Adepto Digital different other companies you’ve worked with?

The agility of Adepto Digital has been a great experience! The communication is super easy with the guys at Adepto. We also liked that they don’t try to upsell their services – their work will talk on their behalf.

How has Adepto Digital helped you overcome the challenges you had before?

Adepto Digital has completely renewed our website and fixed all the errors in the code. While we just wanted to have a shiny new website that would look absolutely great and it would be easier to maintain, we also got a lot of our technical SEO errors fixed.

Ever since the new website launch, maintenance of the pages has been super easy – before this, we didn’t even know it could work like this.

Also, ever since we’ve been working with Adepto Digital, every time we have even a tiny error, we don’t start to figure it out ourselves, instead, we reach out to Adepto Digital. Typically, we receive an answer immediately and we have never waited longer for a fix than a couple of hours. Adepto Digital is the most responsive partner you can work with.

What’s the most positive experience you’ve had with Adepto Digital.

First of all, Adepto Digital cared about our website project just as much as we cared about. As mentioned above, some mistakes were fixed even before we signed the contract without asking for it, so that we would get by until the new website got ready.

While we’re based in the same city, besides a couple of face-to-face meetings, all communication happened online. Chatting over Slack worked flawlessly with Adepto Digital, they are the most responsive guys you can work with.

Also, our new website got built a lot faster than we anticipated. The designer got ready with her share by the end of August so Adepto Digital could start the work mid-September. The promise was to have a new website by January 2019, but we could eventually launch the new site on November 15^th.

Since then, we have been working Adepto Digital. Currently, we are working on new email templates. Whenever we will need something new developed or tweaked, we won’t hesitate to contact them and we know that they will be able to help.

Results with Adepto Digital

How has the product/service helped you achieve your business or personal goals?

When we kicked off the project, we hoped to finally have a website that looks great. While it looks great, works flawlessly, it’s easy to maintain, and loads quickly, the best side benefit of the project was how much it improved our SEO. This was unexpected, but it’s been really cool to see how things started to work better.

After the new website launch, within a month, our SEO visibility improved by 3X. We were able to double our traffic from organic sources and we believe that it is mainly because of the website relaunch as we can see the peeks after the launch date. Also, the technical audits showed that a lot of improvement happened in the code. Adepto Digital also got access to our SEO tools so, during the website launch, they could help us to ensure that our technical SEO works well.

Life with the new website has been a lot easier. Now we can focus on our marketing strategy and don’t have to worry about website maintenance at all.

What is the single biggest reason you would recommend Adepto Digital?

It’s been the best experience to work with Adepto Digital, any of us would recommend them any time (and we actually did it already). It’s been extremely easy to communicate with Adepto Digital and they have been doing an awesome job for us!

What specific metrics can you share about the impact it has had?

This graph shows how our traffic has skyrocketed after the website launch in November, 2018. On a daily average, we have three times more traffic from organic sources, and since November 2018 to January 2019, we doubled traffic from organic sources.
